What can you expect?
Deep cleaning goes beyond regular maintenance. The aim is to work systematically through the space and restore freshness, order and hygienic cleanliness, including details that are often skipped in everyday cleaning.
GENERAL CLEANING – all tasks
The owner’s full scope of general cleaning is displayed below, item by item. Specific additional tasks and the final scope are discussed during the free assessment.
- 01Vacuuming and wet cleaning of all floors, including hard-to-reach areas, until the floors are clean.
- 02Sofas and other furniture may be moved to clean the floor underneath.
- 03Dusting all surfaces, shelves, furniture, appliances, skirting boards and frames using a ladder. Cleaning all internal surfaces, windows, air-conditioning units and radiators is agreed separately.
- 04Kitchen exteriors: worktops, sink, hob, cabinet fronts, walls and the exterior of the extractor hood.
- 05Bathroom: toilet, washbasin, bath or shower, taps, all nickel-plated surfaces, tiles, shelves and walls. Exterior surfaces throughout.
- 06Washing mirrors and glass surfaces.
- 07Wiping doors, handles, switches and sockets.
- 08Cleaning window sills inside and outside.
- 09Dusting chandeliers and high surfaces using a ladder, as agreed.
- 10Taking out the rubbish.
- 11Deep cleaning kitchen surfaces affected by heavy grease (hob, extractor hood).
- 12Removing limescale and mould in the bathroom.
- 13Thorough washing of windows on both sides, with surface cleaning of frames.
- 14Cleaning corners and skirting boards.
- 15Disinfecting the red zones.
- 16More thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach places.
- 17Anything else you would like cleaned, subject to prior agreement.
