Kristall Diamant is a family-run cleaning service in Zagreb. We have operated on the Croatian market since 2021, while members of the team have more than 20 years of experience in cleaning and property maintenance.
A home or office is more than just square metres to be cleaned.
It is a space where you live, work and want to feel comfortable and secure. That is why we do not send a new, unfamiliar person every time.
The same people from our family come to clean. Once we get to know you and the space, we remember what matters to you, which surfaces require special care and what kind of result you expect.
Fast communication matters to us just as much as the cleaning itself. When you tell one family member something, the information quickly reaches the others. If something needs to be adjusted, we do not want you to have to explain the same thing repeatedly.

Clear pricing
We do not change the agreed price during the contracted job without prior agreement on additional work.
We respect your space and your time.
We do not want to create extra disruption in a client’s space. We organise the work efficiently, without unnecessary breaks and with professional conduct. For larger jobs, we send as many team members as are needed to complete the agreed scope properly and within a reasonable time.
We issue an invoice after the service. Payment is agreed in cash or by bank transfer. For business clients, we agree the payment method and due date according to the cooperation model.
