What can you expect?
With us, you do not get a new person every time. The same people get to know your home and how you want it maintained.
We offer four home-cleaning packages — EXPRESS, ŠPAR, ARGENTUM and PLATINUM — so you can choose an agreed scope suited to your space and cleaning schedule.
We agree what your space actually needs.
- dusting and visible surfaces according to package
- vacuuming carpets and floors
- washing floors according to floor type
- cleaning kitchen work surfaces
- external cleaning of kitchen units and appliances
- cleaning bathroom and sanitary areas
- wiping switches, handles and touch points
- vacuuming fabric-covered furniture
- making beds / changing bed linen when agreed
- additional services according to the selected package and agreement
EXPRESS, ŠPAR, ARGENTUM or PLATINUM?
EXPRESS covers standard regular cleaning. ŠPAR adds selected services from the list of 33 tasks. ARGENTUM covers approximately 1.5 times more surfaces with deeper cleaning, and PLATINUM adds agreed extra tasks to ARGENTUM.
We do not work on the principle of “the hour is up, so we leave”.
We agree the scope of work in advance. The time depends on the size, condition and number of team members. The aim is to complete the agreed job properly, not to extend or shorten the service simply according to the clock.
Before you book.
No. As a rule, we bring our own equipment and products. If you want us to use a particular product that you provide, this can be agreed in advance.
By the size and condition of the space, number of rooms, selected package, frequency and additional requirements. An on-site assessment may be needed for deep and more complex cleaning.
